A Beautiful One Bedroom Ground floor apartment for rent in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen. Only 9km from the airport and centrally located behind the Biosfera shopping centre, in an area called Los Mojones. This is widely acknowledged as being "the most exclusive area of PdC". It's only a 4 minute stroll into the heart of the Old Town or 10 mins to the New Town. Buses and Taxis are all very close by. There are 2 communal pools (one for children) less than a minute away with stunning views over the sea and mountains and these are complimented with a pool bar. The beautiful beach of Playa Chica is only about 400m away. The Old Town and Harbour area play host to numerous restaurants and bars, all of which have a nice relaxed atmosphere as well as delicious food. The property is fully furnished with all mod cons including a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, Playstation and Satellite TV (If you have SKY TV at home, be sure to take your card with you, as this will give you more channels to choose from). There is also a travel cot for babies, so it can easily accommodate families of 3.
Importantly there is a safe for valuables, money and travel documents.
The property is situated in the residential area of a great complex and is very quiet and relaxed. Each and every apartment is privately owned and there are absolutely NO Tour Operators using it. This ensures that each apartment is furnished, maintained and occupied to the highest standard.
The accommodation comprises a very spacious "L" shaped living / kitchen area that covers 23 sq. metres and a bathroom that covers 5 sq. metres (including a washing machine). The bedroom is 14 sq. metres and the most important area, the large sun trap of a patio is 13.5 sq. metres. For those who wish to take their own Laptop, FREE internet access is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 10am and 1pm. This is provided in the reception area of the complex and is by LAN cable. We only have one rule / request. We don't want people smoking in the apartment itself. We are more than happy for people to smoke on the balcony, but do request that they refrain from smoking inside the building. Sorry if this offends. Please do respect our wishes, after all it is our home. We would certainly respect your wishes!
Transfers from / to the airport take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Taxi's are available outside the terminal building and are on a first come first served basis. A taxi can be pre booked Here. We highly recommend Canaltravel. This is a friendly, efficient and reliable company. Prices quoted are return and in comparison to the Taxi's are slightly higher but without the wait, plus, unlike the taxi's, they know where to pick you up from for the return journey to the airport. The price for the apartment is: All weeks only £200 for 2 people or £225 for 3 people For periods of 4 weeks and over it is only £150 per week for 2 people. If you prefer we will also accept Euro's if this is easier for you.
